I need some advice I've had pr status for over 3 half yrs when I applied I put all my children on the application, ircc said I needed children medically examined but I had no contact with the mother as she didn't want me seeing or speaking with them and there was no way she was going to get them examined for me to bring them here.. ircc required me to sign under oath that I wouldnt sponsor them in canada which I had to get the process moving now they have been kicked out by there mother and asking about there options to move here they are 16 and 17 yrs old

What can I do about this situation

Through which specific program did you immigrate?

I'm not sure there's a way out for you here. There is a pilot program for undeclared dependents. However the issue with your situation is that they were in fact declared and you signed a letter stating that you can never sponsor them. That letter is very very final.

I think you would be best off hiring a good immigration lawyer for a consult on your situation.

It's quite possible the only option available may be to bring them to Canada temporarily on study permits. This however will be very expensive.

Talk to a lawyer. Good luck.

When I signed under oath ircc came back and said they thought I didn't try to contact the mother which I sent a message to the ex which I got no reply I took screen shot as proof I tried then sent and the process went on

This doesn't change anything. You signed an oath stating you understand you will never be able to sponsor them.

Exactly. You signed a formal document saying that you will NEVER be able to sponsor them. That's why you could get your PR without getting them to pass medical and security checks.

I think you only way out is to support them financially to study as international students and then hopefully they will gain enough education and work experience to immigrate on their own.
