i already have my quebec selection certificate... do i need to send a copy to the manila embassy/ immigration? please help
super thanks! and one thing more, last june 2012, i applied for our daughter's citizenship and then after 3months, my husband submitted my application for permanent residence.. one requirement is a photocopy of our daughter's citizenship certificate which at that time we do not have, what we only have is the receipt that was given to me by the consul at the manila embassy stating that we applied and paid for the fee for our daughter's citizenship certificate..and that's what we included in our application just to fill up that specific requirement.. then last december, i got a mail from dhl coming from the manila embassy, and it was our daughter's citizenship certificate.. now, do i need to photocopy it and send it to the manila embassy? or the receipt itself stating that we applied for it and paid it is already enough?
