Under the current Canadian immigration system, is there any way to sponsor your biological parents after you have been given up for adoption at a young age? You can assume the child still maintains good relationship and regular contact with his/her biological parents. If there is any theoretical possibility, I would like to know. Thanks!

No - there is not.

Adoption severs the connection with the biological parents for immigration purposes.
