Dear all,
I am new here in Ontario, I came to Waterloo last year.
I got married before 4 months here in Canada
My wife has a Canadian citizenship, she is staring full time job in last month
I would like to inquiry how can I apply to get PR under sponsor spouse?

or just apply without any guarantee for express of living?

No, as long as your wife is not on welfare and has a job because one of the requirements is letter of employment.
