HI Sarim

thanks for the reply, I have question, currently I join postgraduate study to pursue my PhD, and I did that because I have nothing to do waiting my wife application to be process,

how can I prove that I can sponsor my wife, by the way I was working as HVAC mechanic in Canada, but overseas I can not get a chance to do the same job , so I got an offer from university with student grant, please advise

There is no income requirement to sponsor your spouse. You just can't be bankrupt or on welfare (besides disability). The application will ask you about work and income, but just tell them the truth, it shouldn't hurt your application.

thanks for your reply , I have not been on welfare or social assist , do I need to prove that ??

and if I get a letter from my previous employer in Canada, saying he would hire me again , does this help my application?

thanks alot

They will check directly with your SIN card.

and if you can arrange job offer it will help you alot and case will be more strong as you and your wife living together outside canada.

I believe if you have someone in Canada who write a letter/s that when you land with your family they'll arrange your living/accommodations till you find your place.

You have to have Option C (not necessarily) but to make you case strong.

You have to prove your marriage. To prove your marriage you have to have sort of documents to prove and also photos, any joint bank statement, how did you meet first, phone contact, emails, cards, gifts etc. etc.

If you read the complete application you'll get idea what they want in documents.

Trust me, what cic wants from you is your True Marriage, not marriage of convenience.
