no not yet, i guess we were overly excited, what happened was that i made all the requirements as a sponser so now we are waiting for tel aviv to open his case
we suspect they will ask for for a new medical because his has expired already, but the laywer told us to wait to see if they actually ask for it instead of just doing it.. he told us in 3 to 4 months we will have our permante residence status so that is exciting! he said no more then six months
he also told us in the tel aviv office they do their work in periods, they have a period of federal paperwork where they dont touch anything else they have an immigration period, and a sponsership period, he said the time it will take depends on what period they are working on, he did say though sponsership has a priority so heres to crossing fingers
im so ready and i feel like it is knocking on the door already, im praying to be home by christmas
