after getting pr card can we apply for sponserhip for parents ?
what is the procedure for parents sponsership specially if they depent on you?

The forms for sponsoring your parents are here:

You can sponsor them once you have landed in Canada and are making sufficient income to meet the Low Income Cut Off (LICO) Requirements. The LICO requirements are in table 3 in the link below:

You must be living in Canada to sponsor your parents and must continue living in Canada while the application is being processed. You must also continue to meet the LICO minimum while their application is being processed.

Note that processing times for parent applications are 5+ years. More informatoin about processing times is here:
