I want to sponsor my parents on PR or humanity Ground if any one help me with that. I m eligible in all criteria .. and had try two time in lottery. But no luck. If any one help me ..
Are your parents in Canada? They have to be physically in Canada in order for you to sponsor them under H&C.
What is your H&C argument? Not being selected through the lottery isn't a valid H&C argument.
Are you an only child? Do your parents have any family members in their home country? What is the reason they are unable to live there independently?
Yes I m the only child and they ages around 79- 76. They don’t have any other relatives who they can depend upon . My father is deaf and heart patient .and my mom is very less educated they don’t have anyone to take care of them

Would warn you that H&C is not guaranteed and a big risk. Not having any relatives to depend on and having no family in the area are different. H&C takes around 3 years. Any health insurance may not cover preexisting conditions and only cover emergency care. You would have to pay for routine treatment, ongoing treatment, etc. You need to see if your savings can cover all those expenses. Many are in a similar position and have tried 1-2 times (and many have tried for years) to sponsor parents. Parent sponsorship was never guaranteed.
