Hi All.. This is actually not a question but I wanted to share my case which I'm sure must have happened with others..
We got our COPR in 2017 October, landed in Canada in December'17 and came back to India after 15 days to wrap things up here.. Things didn't go as planned and we stayed back here in India longer than what we expected..
Now it's been 1 Year 2 months and still we are not looking to move for another 8-10 months.. So, I was concerned if we will face any issue at Canadian Immigration when we will land after 2 years of getting PR.. Tried finding answers for the same and everywhere I found that immigration officer may ask you few questions and may enquire about your intentions to actually stay in canada as PR.. I was scared if this could get worse or immigration officer decides to send us back to India..
But then I contacted IRCC (Twitter) for the same and they assured me that till the time you have 2 years out of 5 years left, and your PR card valid, you can enter Canada easily..
That was a great relief and I wanted to share this with others so that whoever is in the same situation, should not get worried..
