hi i have a permenant resident status at winnipeg and im eager to go back to canada but i didnt fullfill my 2 years present in canada..becuase of some family problem...my status will expire this coming may 2012 what shall i do??

If you come back before your PR card expires and get in with out being reported at the point of entry, you could just stay in Canada for 2 years and your status will be good again and you can apply to renew. It is ok to live in Canada even if your card is expired. You just can't leave or you would have a problem getting back.

what if they already reported my name in point of entry??? what will they do to me...which is the most lenient point of entry vancouver or toronto

pls help me Leon i dont have much time i need to make a decision right away...coz of the expiration dates...pls...

If they suggest that you did not meet the residency requirements at the port of entry and that is not even certain as it is possible that they will just let you walk through, you can tell them that you had a good reason because of family problems and they will probably let you through without reporting. If they go ahead with reporting you, they will still let you enter Canada but they will give you some papers and tell you that if you want to appeal for your PR, you must do it within 30 days. You would then appeal to keep your PR based on not being able to meet the residency requirements due to family problems. I have no idea what the odds are of winning such an appeal if it comes to that.
