Speeding up my husband's application

Hello,

I would like to ask for some advice if someone could help me, I am 8 months pregnant and I am sponsoring my husband in Philippines. I submitted his application on October 23, 2019 and I checked his application online, it says "application received" they've received his papers on October 24, 2019. Now, I always check his application online thinking that there could be an update from Immigration and it's been a month now but nothing changed. I also tried to link his application but I couldn't.
Do you have any suggestions about this matter? Thanks a lot!

It usually takes 6-8 weeks to get AOR. His application is likely to take a year which is the estimate given by IRCC which I assume you know already. Unfortunately you will need to give birth without him if you want to have your child in Canada. Pregnancy does not speed up applications or result in automatic visitor visa approval. Did you only recently get married? You only submitted your application in October. Were you in the Philippines before that and for how long?
