Speed post to WES stuck with Canadian customs since 15 days

Hi!
Need advise/resolution please.
My college transcript were mailed from New Delhi on 6th February using speed post service to WES and it reached Canada on 11th Feb. However, since then it's been stuck with Customs. Is anybody on the same boat?

Many people in the same situation. Documents can be stuck in customs right now for weeks because of Covid outbreaks so there is nothing you can do. Also “Speed Post“ is not a service being guaranteed due to Covid
