speed of progression by centre or nationalties

I am kind of curious how the speed of the processing is determined. How fast does one's application gets processed is dependent on?

Anyone knows if there factors play a part in the speed of processing?

1) The nationality of the applicant?

2) The office where one applies from?

Other than the completeness of the application and barring any unforeseen cirumstances in the application process.

Mostly the office of the applicant. Some offices are faster than others.

Most people don't have an option to apply under two different nationality and even if they did, the process wouldn't be different because they'd have to declare both nationality.
