Does your wife already hold a TRV?

No she doesn't.

She will need a medical to get an approved TRV. Generally speaking, doctors recommend against getting a medical while pregnant since it involves an x-ray. However this is obviously a personal choice.

You should also be aware there's no guarantee she will be granted a TRV to accompany you to Canada while you study. We do see refusals here relatively frequently. To be approved, she will want to demonstrate she has strong ties to her home country and it will help if she has previous travel to countries such as the US or UK.

Assuming the TRV is approved, what happens when she arrives in Canada is always up to the CBSA officer. There's always some chance there could be issues if she shows up and is very pregnant.

You should also look into airline restrictions for pregnant women. She will only be allowed to fly up to a certain point in her pregnancy.

Thanks a lots so far this is Helpful. I will rather wait up until the baby is born then we can 3 of us travel next year. But am curious about what you said of my spouse being refused TRV while accompanying me, if that's the case why is http://cic.gc.ca gives people wrong information then? If that's the case how do we both apply for study permits while it me who want to persue certain education and my wife is there to accompany me that's it. What do you suggest I do ?

I don't think CIC is giving out any wrong information. TRV approval is never guaranteed. I would recommend you join the International Students section of the forum and read through the discussions there related to dependent TRVs and spousal open work permits.

Alright thanks for your help

You also have the option of applying for an owp for her which would be a better option in my opinion. CIC needs to see things like being able to have adequate saving to support your family as a student. CIC is also not blind to the fact that student visas are used as an immigration tool. Proof of adequate funds is really important but also the chances of dependents being approved while pursuing a masters degree or PhD is probably better than a large family being approved if one parent is pursuing a pretty basic 1 year diploma.

Thanks this info is also quiet helpful. I want to persue a 3 year advanced Diploma. The OWP do I apply for her while applying for my SP or the owp must be applied in Canada or at the POE.

No you can apply for your spouse's owp at the same time as your study permit. It can take 4 months to get the owp so would be best to apply before arriving to Canada but you can do it in Canada or separately after you have secured an study permit. Not available at the POE.

Do you have the funds to cover the full cost of the birth and any potential complications?

As your wife will be almost full-term by December, there is a good chance that she will not even be allowed to fly. If she is allowed to fly, there is the definite possibility that she will be refused entry, especially if you can't show funds to cover the medical costs.
