I just got my second rejection for insufficient funds again, I have been advised to pay tuition for the first semester but afraid i might get refused again and won't be able to get a refund.

They say they will give me a full refund of i drop my courses before 22 jan which is good because they sp application only takes about 2 weeks to process here in lebanon if it was on paper
