SP Restoration Transferred to Local CIC Office

My SP restoration application was transferred to local CIC office after 4months and 2 weeks. There might be an interview required or something still do not know.
My question is how long do you think at most it takes before local CIC Montreal office processes my application ? any previous experiences?

Any experts update about the time the local cic office may take to process my application?
I know it takes too long for PR and sponsorship interviews but is it different for me since mine is study permit restoration ?
