SP and OWP Extension

Hi.

Can anyone please help us.

So my spouse (OWP) and I (Student) submitted our application for extension of OWP and SP because I will be getting a 2nd program. My question is, should my LOA and bank statements (joint account) be uploaded again under my husband's application even though we submitted together? I'm just confused if the same visa officer will process our application and will be processed together.
