When my wife applies for sowp , what format should her work experience documents be ? She has not been working for last four years. Old experience documents does not contain job duties etc . Just title and last date . Will that be enough?

There is no requirement to submit work reference letters and neither is there any format for the same.

Ok thanks . Unrelated question. If I get work experience letter now in format for PR (for myself) like with duties and hours , can that be used 2-3 years later or has it to be new while applying for PR
