SOWP with proof of funds

If i was going to get a "Spousal open work permit" in Port of entry, will the Immigration officer ask for my "Proof of funds" and "return ticket", Eventhough i will be staying with my wife and she will be the one supporting me, till i find work ?

Applicant for Open work permit as spouse is not required to show proof of funds.

Thanks to all, Yes its true no question ask while getting a spousal open work permit in Port of entry in the airport, just show your spouse documents and your in, im finally together with my wife in canada again...... I was the worried type person with lots of Questions and post here on getting an open work permit.....

Hey Tapout, since my wife is Canadian, I was wondering about this "spousal open work permit" you mention.

Have applied for the IEC working holidays program, will hopefully receive a positive answer and then work the usual family PR sponsorship out but haven't ever heard of the above. What is required for it?
