SOWP to Study permit as a international student process help required

I am in Canada right now. I am planning to study in the winter term. How to apply for GIC, Bank STMT, CA Letter etc. Can you please guide me. I am on SOWP currently. I want to change my status from SOWP to Student Visa. What are the requirements. Could someone guide please. Thanks

You don’t change your status. You apply for a study permit based on funds, career/education advancement, ties to home country etc. You want to show tuition paid for first year/semester and a minimum of $10k in bank over 4 months. More if you are married and have children. If you have a Canadian bank, contact them for GIC. If approved, SOWP is cancelled. All information is on IRCC site.
