You can try to submit again but you are attending a private college. SOWPs aren’t guaranteed and not all spouses are approved. Show that you are full-time for the degree (No breaks, no failures). If not successful, you will need to wait until your PGWP is approved with a NOC A, B or 0 job and at least 3 pay stubs and employment letter.
