Hello All,

I m here to get your reviews on SOWP applications , my brother applied twice as her wife is studying in Canada , but his visa refused for the reason that he will not leave canada at the end of stay , now we applied Caips notes , but her wife study is going to end in July , can we apply again after getting caips notes. Please help.

No point if his wife’s studies are ending in July. If she gets pgwp, a job in NOC 0, A or B and 3 pay stubs he can apply for SOWP again.
