Hi,

Please suggest me for the following:

1. Currently residing in Canada with Maintained Status.
2. Applied for LMIA and received Positive LMIA and applied for work permit in the month of January 2023.
3. I applied within my application to my wife as well as Open work Permit - Received rejection on below comments.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 200(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/ section-200.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:

• Your proposed length of stay in Canada is inconsistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

Can anyone suggest what am I supposed to do now?

What is your NOC?

Even if both the applications are applied together will they reject this way?
One inland (Closed work permit) and other one is outside canada (SOWP/OWP)
But the issue is the processing times are different for within Canada and outside Canada. You applied from a country with faster processing times. That is why you got a refusal. Processing within Canada can take many months. Once inland permit is approved then apply for outland.

Yeah make sense - Thank you
