Applied: June 30th with upfront medical
Biometrics request : June 30th
Biometrics done: July 2nd.

Ghost update: 5 July 2021. Medical passed

I will be an international student, i applied SOWP for my spouse who is in Pakistan.

applied: 06/18/2021

biometrics done and updated: 06/21

background check started right after biometrics

eligibility review started: 07/03

medical : it says not needed but i am expecting a request

Additional documents Feb 2021.
Still No updates more than 2 years provided all documents .
Getting hypertension. Its looking impossible. Tatally disappointed .

Is this for work permit or spouse PR sponsorship?

I have both files in running position. But they have rejected yesterday my spouse open work permit after 2 years of long process. PR file is still going on. They asked me to send original pics via vfs which I have send and for confirmation send web form.but they mentioned they did not received original pics and lack of inauthentic documents they are refusing . Its very hard time for me to wait such long time and refusal. I submitted everything passport on husband name,I'd on his name, everything authentic. But after 2 years they are rejecting on such useless points. Completely fedup to IRCC

Original.pics with husband on diffrent occasions. After online submission they need original which we submitted .as per their objection they didn't received

We provided everything even nadra family registration form. I think they just see how long you stayed togather.lots of pics ,rukhsati special. Even we have provided 2 years whstsapp chat and call records, money transfer slip. Gift deeds, but unfortunately its refused

If they dont trust the certificate issued by NADRA , then what other source IRCC use to proof the genuineness of relationship?
