SOWP Extension (with Express Entry Profile Dependent) of PGWP Spouse

Hello! I have a question regarding my profile. Thanks in Advance!

I have applied for my PGWP (I have NOC A Job) and planning to apply for my husband's SOWP Extn. Also, I have created and submitted Express Entry profile with my husband as Dependant (haven't received ITA yet). Do I need to disclose this in SOWP Extension client information?

Any suggestions will be really appreciated.
