SOWP based on the AIP

Hi,

Could anyone advise whether, I can apply for SOWP based on the AIP received right now or should I wait until visa stamping or landing in Canada ? Because, these days processing time is quite long for SOWP applications and nobody knows for sure when Canada is going to open border for international students ...

AIP is not a study permit so you cannot apply for a SOWP based on it.
