I've been checking the processing times for work visas applied inland, and the paper processing times are just a couple weeks versus 4 and a half month for online !
Now, the IRCC website does state that you need to apply online unless you have a disability or have a problem with the online application, but how viable is it to just send the paper application anyway? Do you have to justify not going through the online process? Would a complete paper application for SOWP be denied?
