SOS , HELP : Overstayed in the US and wanna apply for canada study permit ?

hi Experts, i was 7 month overstay in the US

1995: I visit canada with visitor visa and left after short time
2002: Overstay in US with 7 month xtra stay and left to my home country Egypt
2005: I entered the US with the same 5 years visa and left after short time.
2006: at JFK airport i was entry denied and deported with my own return ticket

Can I apply for canda study permit ? how would i answer the questions about being refused or visa cancelled at any country?
Do I need a lawyer for my case ? is there any connection between Canada and US immigration ?

1. With an overstay and a deportation, you will have an extremely tough time getting a study permit for Canada. CHC is going to expect that you will overstay in Canada as a well.
2. You have to answer the questions truefully on the application and yes Canada can get the information from the US.
