How one earth do we explain why we chose canada as a destination. I just chose period? what goes in this question. i just found it to be easier to get visa then in US... and also the course meets my interest... what else could be the reason people?

Be as much honest as you can!

Just write the actual reason that why you choose Canada. My reason was:

After completing my studies i decided to pursue for my higher studies from abroad. I got good grades in my undergraduate. I tried to approach different professors from my area of domain in different universities in US, Canada and Australia. Luckily I got the quick positive response of a professor from a university in Canada. I further communicated with her. Our research interests were matching so she agreed to admit me as her Masters student and asked me to apply for the admission in this university in formal way. I applied and she recommended my application and finally I got my acceptance letter, etc...

You can explain your story. Just try to be honest!

I chose Canada as its Universities offer world class, high quality education which is recognized around the globe. I believe that earning my Master’s degree in Canada would build me as an engineer as well as a person and open my chances to some of the best companies in Pakistan.

I wrote even less than Usman and got my Visa I guess it's like Usman said just be honest tell your story.

U can also mention the point that many Canadian unis has relatively less tuition fees than Aus n Uk unis

Compare similar other programs in other countries to the chosen one in Canada. Tuition fees could also be one of the reasons if the programs are the same in Canada and somewhere else.
