Isnt that Waaaaaaaaaaaaayyy too lengthy? .. Even when you're writing an SOP for a Course that you are applying in, it is normally reccommended not to exceed 1 page or max 1.5. There are loads of visa applications that are sent in, nobody would bother to read such a huuuuge SOP I guess.

Keep it within a page without exaggerating over anything. You don't wanna piss off the VO reviewing your application. Study plan is not a SOP of a PhD applicant...its just a view of your overall qualifications and reasons for going abroad.
