Just sit and cover the following points in your SOP and you are done:

Your proposed program of Study
Your previous education and employment
Your Family
Finances/Funds
Why you choose Canada?
Your Future Plans?

Don't go for the long stories which you normally find in other SOPs. Make it simple and provide the correct information.
