Recently I submitted my PR application; however, in the meantime, I am admitted to study post-undergrad at a University in Canada. There is a high chance I cannot get my PPR before my flight, so I want to apply for a study permit now.
I am wondering if anyone had the same experience before. How did you clarify your dual intent in your SOP?
