soo frustrated of latency

Husband had applied for our sponsorship papers on 9th of November 2012 when time on website for the 1st step was 31 days!! so we were expecting the 1st letter by the Christmas. The update rate was going soo fast but since 1st of December update was soo slow and there is a week when they didn't move a day on applications they working on!!
Right now after the delay website says that average working time is 50 days and it has been more than 60 days since we applied and our application isn't on the online check system

MarianaEgypt: Since your application is past the average processing time, try calling CIC. Hopefully you will get a letter soon. Good Luck...

Yes, you can try to call call center. However, approval isn't directly related to the website. After christmas break there is usually a backlog. (was one last yr also)....
