I applied on July for PR WITHOUT a lawyer. I used a lawyer to apply after AOR for the BOWP.
I have checked the application status and now as a mailing address for my Permanent Resident application there is the laywer's address.
I haven't sent any form with my PR application authorizing him as a representative for the PR. I don't understand why his address is there.
Do I have to do something?

Very scared.

Change email address and remove him as a representative. You might have signed some kind of form while signing forms for BOWP, and its not necessary that you have send representative form. Your lawyer can send it as well as you authorized him. Just email CIC regarding change in address and removal of representative from your application.

How can I remove him as a representative?

Remove representative: Email CIC that you want to remove representative or call them ask about hot to remove representative from file because I am not sure about this.

Google is your friend:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/representative.asp

"If you have already named a representative, you can also use this form to cancel that choice."
