I have applied for PR with old CEC program on last Dec 2014. But the capacity of my skill category was full in last October. But CIC didn't tell us about it on the website. Many people have applied for PR after October. I realize that our capacity was full. So I submitted Express Entry right now.

My total score was 849. I'm not sure if they will pick up my score. If I could receive ITA from CIC, I need to prepare to get all documents together. But some original documents have been sent to CIC now. Does anyone require to send your documents back? Or, Should I wait for my applications returned from CIC?

Please give me advise.
