Somebody please answer my question

I would like to know if there is a way to find out the status of LMO application myself instead of the employer calling HRSDC frequently.

Short of calling HRSDC and saying you are the employer, not really. My employer was fine with me doing that because they were happy to not have to do it themselves. When did your application go in? I'm not sure of the timelines this year, but last year when I applied for one they were significantly slower than usual at processing.

Thank you for the reply... My employer has sent the LMO in Feb 2012...

By the way our PR under CEC class looks pretty fast.... Congrats...

Hope Mine go's fast as well.. I have applied under CEC in april 2012.
