hello guys!

i need somebody to help me about my problem,
i am an applicant of LC2 PR Family Class. i submitted my application paper last sept 2008, in CIC Manila and start IN PROCESS shown in e cas nov. 19, 2008. up to this time,
though i still in the normal processing time?

my wife worked as Caregiver since 2005 to present,she visited us here in Philippines only once ( 2007) due to expensive airfare.
my kids now really wanted to be their mom,
my kids then, were too young (10, 9 and 7yrs old ) when she travel canada in 2005, now my kids is 15, 14and 12yrs old and now Performing on stage coz i organized my own band just to divert their attention , i know its not easy to be far from each.
my wife only viewed in youtbe in our performances,

CIC Manila is fast tracking applications for those severely affected by typhoon Ondoy. Did you avail of that? Have you ever followed up on your application in case a communication has been sent and you were not able to receive it?

have you tried to check your e-cas and contact the visa office either by email or phone?
something is definitely wrong there.

thanks for your reply.i'm from davao city, and we have no typhon here ever since and thank God our place is safe for the typhon,
Yes, we were experiencing flood in our place but that was in the yr 2001 after that no more flood that as high as 12ft in the road, our house was elevated so we only have 5ft water level in our bedroom. all we got to do is climb in the rooftop and bring nothing.just to be safe. my kids was rescued after 8hrs by Phil. Navy rubber boat in our rooftop . but we are always prepare on that anytime it will happen again.

here is my time line:
aug 04, 2008 : rcved application kit " LC2 Permanent Resident
Family Class"
sept 09, 2008 : mailed to CIC manila via local post office here
( i never received AOR from CIC manila not until my wife followed up on july 2009 in canada, that was the time we got my IMMIGRATION FILE NO. and started visited e cas and we found out that our application is IN PROCESS Nov. 19, 2009 shown in e cas. and i thank GOD for that. after a month ( august 2009) i followed up CIC manila thru e mail coz i have already my immigration file number as proof that i am genuine applicant for PR.
and i was surprised when they replied thru e mail ( sept 9, 2009) they stated that " why i did'nt response to their letter dated Nov. 19, 2008 and follwed up March 31, 2009 requesting my New NBI."
but the fact that i did'nt received any communication by e mail or via mail post office from them. so quickly i got i New NBI and sent back CIC manila a day after via LBC. and i e mailed CIC manila immediately when i got home to inform them that i already sent my new NBI via LBC with tracking number for make it sure that i gave all the details , my home address and my cellphone number if in case they lost it, thats why they cant contact me.
and i visted also our local post office here in davao city to followed up, and since the postman is on leave so i didnt really know what happend. as long as i informed the local post office about the incident.and after that i did'nt recved any AOR from CIC manila.
i visited e cas every now and then, checked my e mails from cIC manila, my mail box,
that was our dreamed since 2005 until this time to be reunited with my wife and my kids as well .because of that i have no reason to delayed on my response whatever communication/ documents requested from them.

can u please tell me guys what im going to do now?

that i am so worry about my application now, but i'm still hopping for the positive response from them soon.
