I would appreciate some1 here help my ignorance..
The Canadian Government says they will only accept 1,000 person’s each year per category, does it mean they will accept 1,000 this year or it will have to be counted from Jan of this year?
On the cut of the list, we have "Clinical instructor" stricken out and under "Registered nurse 3152" you have "nurse Educators""nurse instructors"
Does it mean nurse educators and nurse instructors can be referred to as nurse educators/nurse instructors?

1. As per the new ministerial instructions effective 26 June 2010 they will accept only 1000 applications per NOC & max. of 20,000 applications for the year 26 June 2010 to 30 June 2011. Thereafter the year will start again from 1 July 2011 upto 30 June 2012. If you see the new mailing instructions, you now have to write your Category (FSW-1 or 2) & NOC on the envelope itself. That's how they will filter the applications without opening them. And reject all applications after reaching the cap of 1000 for each NOC.

2. Your 2nd question though is not clear but it seems you want to qualify under 3152, instead of the earlier 3151 (now removed). Is it? From the description it is clear that they do not want head nurses or supervisors, instead they want junior level nurses.
Well check the hrsdc site for detailed job responsiblities defined under 3152 & then see whether you are doing them.

Even if they do not want 3151, as long as you have one year of 3152 experience in the last 10 years, you qualify.
