I have drafted an employer letter, but I am not sure whether it meet the demand of application.
I am eager to get any suggestions, if some mistakes included, please help me correct them.

The below is my first draft:

To Whom It May Concern

I am writing this to confirm that Mr. Carl worked as a web developer at toronto.ca between the dates of 01/01/2015 and 31/12/2015. As a full time employee Mr. Karl’s main duties during this employment consisted of the following:

• Design, develop, program, test and deploy all web based applications.

• Identify bugs and fix them, troubleshoot and solve any related problems.

• Maintain & support existing systems and websites

• Make suggestions that improve programming techniques, applications client deliverables.

He had worked 35 hours per week and his annual salary was xxxx per annum. Besides salary, he also had other benefits like performance bonus and medical insurance. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need any additional information or should you have any questions regarding the contents of this letter.

I believe everyone ready for application has finished similar materials, even the same job title- web developer.
I hope they can give me some advice.

Why? my international employer did not address the letter to anyone. it is general that is why it includes to who it may concern
 
Letter seems ok .. Good to go.. Its ok even if u dont write To cic. Just write to whomsoever concern.
 
Letter seems ok, if you are still working there then keep it till date.
