some reasons for refuse the student visa

hello every one
well my name is amine i live in Algeria
i Recently made a student visa to Canada and it was a Temporary residence visa because my course will be for 3 months
but the Canadian Embassy refuse and they did not give me the visa for those two reasons :
they said :
you did not convince us that you will quite canada after your studies finish
and for taking this decision we have considered several factors are as follows :
your previous trips
your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence

please if any body see that those two reasons are a Convincing reasons just tell me
and tell me how to avoid fall in it in the next time ?

Make sure you make more trips to Europe, U.S.A, Australia
Make sure you show family ties to your home country, like properties, job security, good bank balance, savings account, shares, bonds, mortgage etc
Also make sure the course you are planning on doing is at least 1 year

as for the first one you said : Make sure you make more trips to Europe, U.S.A, Australia
so in your opinion no one wil get the visa for canada for the first time if he has never go to a nother country ?

i have my own bank account wich countain 19000 canadian dollar wich sponsored by my brother who lives in france and he has his own bank account too
but i think that the mistake wich i did in my first request is i didn't provide them with my brother bank statement ??
and for the last thing you said : Also make sure the course you are planning on doing is at least 1 year
so in your opinion the canadian embassy must delete the temporary resident visa ?
