Some questions regarding NOC 4011

Hi, everyone!
I've been working at a medical university for 7+ years with Master's degree and want to apply to FSW by NOC 4011.
1) Which type of IELTS test I should take general or academic (the official site says it should be actually 'general', but aren't there any 'fine prints' when it comes to university teaching)? Perhaps, there might be higher requirements for IETLS scores for university teachers?
2) Does it matter what subjects I have been teaching? Or is there a list of needed subjects? As my realm is computer science, I actually teach students medical informatics, but I think I could try my hand at some related subjects even at a technical university.
3) What chances do I have for FSW program with 70-75 total scores?
If there are any notorious pitfalls or some more detailed information about applying by NOC 4011 elsewhere, please, share.

I am also planning to apply under NOC 4011 - University lecturer. I have gathered all the required documents along with proof of funds, English test and ECA reports. However the ECA report I received mentions my MSc degree is equivalent in Canada is 4 years BSc degree!!

I have completed my BSc (3 Years), B.Ed (1 Year) and MSc (2 Years) with distinction grades in all the exams from Indian Unviversity. I also have 6 years experience in the same field.

My query is - Am I still eligible to apply under FSW even my ECA report shows my MSc degree is equivalent as Canadian BSc degree?? Please let me know your responses on urgent basis as I have very little time remaining to send my documents. Your help is much appreciated.

my noc 4011 - i sent the application from india on 18th December and my DD got charged on Friday - i came to know this via my bank today [ saturday in India ],
this is very unusual and i cant believe it myself.
Anyone please explain this, my application for NOC 4011 was received at CIC only on 24 th december, i sent it from india on 18th December and my DD got charged on Friday.
This is the communication that I received from my bank ICICI Bank through Royal Bank of Canada today,

would u plz help me, i feel terrible!!!!
i just got to realize the importance of main duties in the reference letter
i applied as the university lecturer. the letter includes 4-5 main duties mentioned in the NOC the more important of which e.g teaching to undergraduates and research were mentioned in the letter.
do u think it is enough or my file would be rejected?!!!
