Hi folks,

I know it gets annoying to see the same questions over and over again sometimes. Hopefully I have done my due diligence because I could not find any (recent) relevant threads on these questions.

1) Part 2 - Your full name written in your native language or script

Is this box necessary? In the Generic Application form and any other forms, we have always put English as the preferred language for correspondence, interviews, etc. Therefore, can I leave this box blank?

2) Part 7 - Education

The PA is from India, where the definitions of Elementary, Secondary, University, etc. are slightly different. She attended the same school from Grade 1 till Grade 10. At this point, she enrolled in a college where she spent a total of 5 years - completing her Grade 11 and Grade 12, and then finally 3 years of Bachelors.

My question is: how do I break this down for this section?

3) Signature

How does the signature part work if we are uploading it online on GCKey? No signature? Or electronic signature? Or something else?

Thanks,
Beef

For your first question, I'd say yes you should put your name in native language or script as this form is to help them look up a person's background and they want to know any names you might have. It's always better to give them as much information as you can and fill out every box.

I'm not sure about your second question, but for the signature, after we completed the form and validated it, we printed it and signed it, then scanned it and uploaded it.
