Some points not awarded in Express Entry

Hi guys, I recently put in my application into the express entry pool and discovered I was not awarded some points.
No points were gotten for:
Canadian work experience (I have been working in a NOC level B job for over a year
Certificate of qualification
Canadian education (Completed a 2 year full time program in Canada)
I am not sure why I am missing some points as this has caused my score to be low. Please, does anyone have an idea as to why?

You must have answered certain questions incorrectly for the work experience and education. I would recheck your answer to those questions.

For the certificate of qualification, you will only get points if your occupation and certificate are for a trade. What's your certificate of qualification in?
