1.can any one help me how to get a job offer over there while applying:

What I observed here in Toronto is that unless you land here, it could be difficult to get a job.

2.Also my wife profession is regulated, so is there any chance to get employment offer over there for wifew before reaching, if not means plz tell me the source how can we get a job

Same as above

3.How is the IT position over there.

Not bad. But depends on the qualification and experience.

4.which is the best place for me to land and settle for good jobs

I suggest Ontario. But consider other opinions too.

5.At the Time of immigration clearence what are the basic things needs to be shown for the immigration officer after landing

Your passport, original COPR and proof of funds ( cash, draft,TC - if asked)

6.If a take a rented house, is that house address is enough to show or any relative address(i dont have any relatives or friends over there)

YES, rented house address is enough.

7.If any one of us got an employement offer is it enough or do we need to need to show the funds. If funds means, how much amount do we need to show in INR or CAD

You should show the funds.:

Number of Family Members & Funds Required
(in Canadian dollars)
1 $11,086
2 $13,801
3 $16,967
4 $20,599
5 $23,364
6 $26,350
7 or more $29,337

for Financial Proof, is it mandatory to show the FD(Fixed Deposit or assets), or can I show my LIC Policy(5lacs)

CAn show th LIC policy... But nothe face value...but Surrender value....

My suggestion is not to rely too much on LIC policy. Intention of high commission behind asking proof of funds is that we should have sufficient amount to live in Canada. For this, they require anything which can be en-cashed in 24 hrs and that is the reason they firstly look for: 1. Bank balance and 2. Fixed deposits.

Go to your respective banks and get a certificate from them stating the amount which is in your name. Get it signed and stamped by bank authorities. Then go to CA (chartered accountant) with all bank certificate(s) and get it valued by him/her.

Submit CA's letter and bank certificates in original.

Hope this helps..
