I went to the bank to get my proof of funds letter today (Feb 28). My bank uses a fixed format that they were unwilling to change. It was stamped and signed on letter head but was missing
1. It lists the phone number and website of the bank but not an email address. Is that a problem? I can attach the business card of my relationship manager which includes an email.
2. It does not provide the average balance over the course of the last 6 months. However they did provide the current balance along with the 6 months statement with all debits/credits made in those 6 months. This is all stamped and signed on bank letterhead. This should be acceptable right?
