SOME Important QUERIES

1) I dont have birth certificate. I am using affidavit for this.

Do I need to add a letter other than affidavit why I am not providing birth certificate?
and Do I need to check the box in document list form for birth certificate?

2) Same query for PCC. I am not sending that with the application. I will send it later on.

Any additional letter required why I am not providing it?

2. PCCs are sent later when CIC requests them.
