How can i pay my university application fees in Canadian dollars as university only accepts credit card and i have only debit card.Or it accept wire transactions. But for wire transaction i should have dollar account. But i have only Pakistan rupees account. What is the cheapest solution.

For wire transfer you dont need to have CAD account.Just put your money in your account and transfer it to the university via your bank.

If your are from Pakistan then you can use Standard Chartered's debit card as well.

Otherwise, simply ask your friend/family/college/teacher that I want to make a transaction. Give him/her the equivalent amount of money in your local currency and use his/her credit card to make your payment.

Give it one more try or call at help line and tell them that you are making online payment and it it troubling you.
