Sole partner and Business Visa

Dears
I would to start my business visa request, I hope any one can help in what is the requirement and the period for getting it, if they accept my request 
I also have an existing business in abroad (United Arab of Emirates).
Is there a possibility to have Sole partner Visa for my wife (she is part of my family Business)?
If it can be easier than business visa, can you please advise what is the requirement
