Software Tester

I have 4 years of full time work experience as "SOFTWARE TESTER" which falls under - "1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management".
Not sure it comes under skill A or B?
Have a Bachelore degree in "Electronics and communication Engineering" (4yrs fulltime) and Master degree M.B.A in "General Management" (Distance education - 2yrs)
IELTS score - S6.5, R7, W7 and L7.5

Please let me know the chances for migrating through Federal Skilled Worker / Provinicial Nomination programs or Quebec Immigration - Skilled Worker Program.
I dont have any french knowledge, Is it mandatory for any of the migration programs?

It would be great if you advice me on this..
