Hi Guys,

If I want to land with the COPR, apply there for the PR card and come back in a week, are bank statements sufficient for proof of funds? Also do I still need to provide list of goods?

Recent bank statements will suffice for proof of funds. You will need to provide a list of goods accompanying you, as well as a list of goods to follow (assuming you intend to bring more things into the country when you move permanently).
